Sporting Events

Australia's summer and autumn calendar is packed with world-class sport — and some of the country's best golf courses are right on the doorstep of every major event. Whether you're already booked in for the action and want to add a round or two, or you're starting from scratch and want the whole trip planned around a tournament, race, or grand final, we can build it for you.

Australian Open Tennis (Melbourne) - January

Melbourne Park sits minutes from some of the country's finest sandbelt golf — Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath, Metropolitan and more. A natural pairing for a January trip.

AFL (Australia-wide , Grand Final in Melbourne) - Grand Final in September

From the MCG on Grand Final day to home-and-away rounds across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and beyond, we can slot golf around fixtures in any host city.

Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix (Melbourne) - March/April

Race week in Melbourne is one of the best times of year to combine motorsport with a sandbelt golf itinerary.

Rugby League World Cup (Australia-wide) - October–November 2026

The men's, women's and wheelchair tournaments run from 15 October to 15 November 2026 across host cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gold Coast and Townsville, with the finals in Brisbane. With matches spread across the country, it's an ideal excuse for a multi-city trip — we can build a golf itinerary around your team's fixtures wherever they take you.

MotoGP (Phillip Island) - October 2026

Phillip Island's Grand Prix Circuit is a short drive from some outstanding coastal courses — a great way to extend a race weekend.

Rugby Union World Cup 2027 (Australia-wide) - October-November 2027

Two Ways We Can Help

Already coming for the event? Bolt on the golf.
Send us your dates and event, and we'll build a golf itinerary around them — course selection, tee times, transport and accommodation, all fitted to the time you've got either side of the main event.

Starting from scratch? We'll build the whole trip.
Event tickets, golf, accommodation, transfers and touring — we can put together a complete package from the ground up, tailored to how much golf and how much event you want.

Why Book With Us
With a team based across Australia, we bring local course knowledge in every region an event might take you — so whether it's the sandbelt, Phillip Island, or interstate for the footy, you're getting recommendations from people who know the courses, not just the calendar.

Get in touch HERE with your dates and the event you're planning around, and we'll put together an itinerary.
